Are spectators allowed at the event?

Yes absolutely.  The venues chosen for Heritage Trail Series are family and friends friendly with plenty of activities to do pre, during and post events.  Spectator passes will need to be purchased.

Children under the age of ‘11’ will be free.

Can I transfer an entry to a friend?

Yes, you can. There is an admin fee to do this of £10. Please log back in to your Easol account to do this.

When will the event start?

Heritage Trail Series spring event at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens starts at 9am on Sunday 24th March 2024.

Please arrive by 8:30am

Please aim to be in the start area by 8:50am.

Can I park at the event?

There is limited car parking available at the event. You can book car parking for £5 per vehicle when you sign up (or log back into your Easol account to book).

All those who book the full series will receive their parking for free at each event.

How do I get my race pack?

Rack packs, spectator and parking passes will be posted to you 2-3weeks before each race. N.B. If you enter in the two weeks before the event date, your running number (and any passes) will be available to collect on the day.
