What do I need to know?
We need a friendly team of volunteers to help us in the beautiful Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and / or Eridge Park on the below dates.
Enjoy stunning surroundings while you help our runners achieve their medal. Get free entry to the gardens and a free entry to a future event!

Saturday 20 June : Sparkling Run at Leaonardslee Gardens
Sunday 2 August 2026 (Leonardslee Gardens)
Saturday 5 September 2026 : Sparkling Run at Rathfinny Wine Estate
Roles
We have a variety of roles to fill from course marshalling and wayfinding to handing out medals.
This is a wonderful chance to support our amazing runners in beautiful surroundings for a truly rewarding experience.

Dates & Timing
We currently need support for events as listed above.
We will need you from approx 7.45am - 11am on event day (unless supporting at Sparkling Run).
Once you have finished your shift you will be given free access to enjoy the gardens.

What to bring
As you will be starting early, we ask that you bring warm clothes and suitable footwear for the gardens.
Check the weather forecast and bring appropriate clothing. If it is raining, we advise waterproof shoes or boots and a waterproof jacket.
Please also bring a refillable water bottle with you, filled.

In return for volunteering you will receive:
- Hot drink and snacks
- Free access to the wonderful Gardens (Leonardslee) or the private Estate that does not normally allow visitors (Eridge)
- 1x free entry for a future Heritage Trail 10km or 5km (not applicable to Sparkling Run volunteering)

Your volunteering includes garden entry after your shift. Enjoy all that's on offer from fantastic cafes, to the garden centre, toy museum, garden walks (if you can do more!), and wallaby enclosure.
